#Fun4Fun rules. Srs bsns. (We know it can be very boring, but please read these very simple rules, it only takes a minute.)

At #Fun4Fun, we believe we run one of the most fun chatrooms on deviantART. But even having fun requires having a set of rules. These are ours.
  1. :bulletred: Do not use racial remarks nor offensive language to target towards any user. All language (in English) is welcomed in #Fun4Fun in a moderate manner that has no negative baring on anyone in general. Any attempt at verbally attacking or demeaning another user in the chat will not be tolerated. For example: "<User> InvaderMar: You're a slut!"
Racial slurs will result in an instant kick, any further slurs will result in a permanent ban.
Swearing is fine as long as it's used in a moderate manner. If a Founder or Operator believes you are swearing too much, they have the right to ask you to tone down your fingers.

  2. :bulletred: Please do not publicly post another chatroom name in #Fun4Fun. You wouldn't think it was fun if we were in your room and stole all your people so they ran into ours, would you? However, there are exceptions. Subtly saying "Person: Can you please talk with me about this in #chatroom?", is okay, however publicly stating, like "OMG JOIN #CHATROOM!!!1" is not allowed.

  3. :bulletred: You're welcome to post some thumbs of your works so we can see it. The limit for a guest message is 3 thumbs, though. So only post 3 as a maximum for each post, and only 2 posts with thumbs per day. (That makes a total of 6 thumbs per person!)

  4. :bulletred: Do not spam, flood or stretch in our channel. Flooding is putting small sentences or words in many lines instead of on one single line, if you are posting more than two lines of text in a row quickly you are flooding, and spam any time you are posting something over and over or to an extent that an Op sees it as spam (this can include excessive use of Caps or bold or anything of that nature). Stretching occurs when a word or phrase is made excessively long through posting the same letters in succession.
This rule includes emoticons or icons used repeatedly on its own just like text flooding or just used as part of nicknames to other users. This can cause lag to others and will result in either a warning, kick or mute (if done in extreme cases can result in a ban).
The /everyone & /multi commands is for the use of Founders/Operators only

  5. :bulletred: NO sexual act/behaviour in #Fun4Fun. By this we mean any language, behaviour, talk, or any of the sort tolerated in the chatroom will be taken further action to. However, a simple joke that isn't too detailed with anything sexual is fine, such as, "I'M SO HOT LOLZ!!1!" or, "bewbs lolz :D" etc..

  6. :bulletred: Do not post inappropriate links to deviations, websites, videos, etc. This goes for anything 18+ but can go for anything under that age limit depending on what it's based on. However, we really mean pornography in any form or anything similar to that in general.

  7. :bulletred: Do not ask for promotions. We don't walk into your room  for the first time and then ask for a straight promotion. You will promoted to member level as time comes if you appear in the room regularly and are nice and friendly. For more information on promotions, please read our FAQ.

  8. :bulletred: Use the /ignore command wisely. We understand perhaps there are people who annoy you, therefore you have a right to add them onto your /ignore list. You are allowed to add Operators onto the ignore list. However, by doing this you could be missing out on warnings, which can lead to an instant kick or further. We highly do not advise you on doing this, so use the /ignore command with caution.

  9. :bulletred: Please do not eat any penis in #Fun4Fun. We take this very seriously as our men are insecure when it comes to intimacy as it is. No matter how shapely or delicious it looks, please take extra care with their privates.

  10. :bulletred: You ARE allowed to ask ASL. However people have the right not to answer. Remember, if somebody asks you ASL, it is your responsibility that you trust the person you are talking to. For more information, read this official dA news article.

  11. :bulletred: Please only speak English. This is nothing personal, but we can only moderate the room if we actually understand what you're all saying.

  12. :bulletred: Remember to be nice! #Fun4Fun is about being nice, and not being mean. Whoever you are, being mean is not tolerated. Fights aren't either. If fights are started, you are breaking a rule.

  13. :bulletred: As in all other rooms, you need to abide by the normal dAmn rules.

Yay! Thanks for reading our rules, have a cookie! : D :D Thanks for reading our rules!

If the current operators in the room feel that any of these rules are broken, the ops have the right to kick you, or in worse cases ban you. If you were kicked/banned and you feel that you didn't break any rules, please note InvaderMar with logs recorded from the chatroom (copy/paste into note), and she will look into it if she finds your complaint serious.

If you have any questions you would like to ask, or would like to find out more on a particular rule, feel free to ask in the chatroom, leave a comment, or send a note to our sexy #Fun4Fun group located here. Thank you for reading!
